What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure vehicle is clean and properly maintained
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to coordinate deliveries
• Accurately complete delivery tickets and required documentation
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures at plant and job sites

What Are We Looking For

• Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and comply with all traffic regulations
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
• Effective communication and customer service skills in a team-oriented environment
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and maneuvering equipment

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
