Opportunity OverviewThe Omnichannel Strategist is responsible for planning, designing, orchestrating, and optimizing integrated engagement strategies across paid, owned, direct, branch and partner channels. This role ensures clients and leads experience a seamless, consistent, and personalized journey throughout the entire lifecycle, regardless of channel, leveraging data, insights, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth, satisfaction, and brand loyalty.The Omnichannel Strategist sits in Growth Marketing, and works closely with key stakeholders across Experience, Brand and Marketing teams to align messaging, campaigns, and experiences across all touchpoints.What You Will Do:Define omnichannel engagement strategies aligned to business, client, and lead objectivesTranslate enterprise marketing objectives into connected omnichannel journeys and activation plansEstablish strategic priorities that guide channel, program, and content teamsClient Journey LeadershipLead end-to-end journey planning and optimizationDefine the role each channel plays within a client journey, including messaging, sequencing, timing, and audience strategyIdentify and prioritize opportunities to improve experience and engagementCross-Functional OrchestrationPartner with channel managers, media, owned channels, direct marketing, analytics, product, and technology teams to drive integrated executionAlign Channel Managers, RAMBO, and BRASS teams around shared goals, priorities, and outcomesEnsure coordinated execution across channels, programs, and contentPerformance & OptimizationDevelop omnichannel playbooks, journey frameworks, personalization strategies, and activation standardsEstablish cross-channel measurement frameworks focused on client progression and business outcomes — not channel-specific KPIsAnalyze client behavior, attribution data, campaign results, and field feedback to optimize journey performanceTranslate performance insights into strategic recommendations and optimization opportunitiesStakeholder LeadershipServe as the voice of the client and omnichannel strategy leadInfluence business priorities and drive alignment across stakeholdersEnsure programs comply with brand, governance, compliance, and regulatory requirementsInnovation & Continuous ImprovementDrive adoption of personalization, automation, and AI-enabled marketing capabilitiesIdentify emerging trends, capabilities, and engagement opportunitiesChampion client-centric and omnichannel best practices across the organizationPosition Requirements​​​​​​​What Experience You Need:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field8+ years of experience in marketing, client journey design, strategy, or channel management.Prior experience in regulated industries such as financial services, banking, insurance, or wealth management preferredStrong cross-functional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.Deep understanding of paid, owned, and direct marketing channels and how they interact across the client journey.Data-driven mindset with a client-centric orientation; comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.Ability to connect channel performance metrics to broader business outcomes and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.**Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026.
