Veterinary Customer Service Representative

Animal Care Clinic in Round Rock, TX is looking for a full-time Veterinary Customer Service Representative. Our Client Service Representatives provide our hospital's first and last impressions and are instrumental in managing client requests and appointment flow. We emphasize excellent customer service and are looking for a responsible, team-oriented, self-motivated team player. This exceptionally important role requires team members to juggle phone calls, emails, text messages, and face-to-face communications while ensuring thorough, accurate documentation and invoicing. CSRs are trained to understand the basics of veterinary medicine to appropriately schedule doctor visits, answer questions, and educate our clients.

Your Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
• Previous clinical experience
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

CSR Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Provide information about our products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving services and products.
• Answering multiple phone lines.
• Greeting and assisting clients and their pets.
• Educate clients.
• Daily routine cleaning
