Role: Center Manager overseeing daily operations of a kidney dialysis center. Responsibilities Manage clinical and administrative workflows, staffing, scheduling, and patient flow to deliver safe, high-quality dialysis services. Partner with nephrologists and clinical leaders to coordinate care. Oversee budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement quality improvement initiatives. Mentor staff, promote adherence to policies, and support innovative care delivery. Foster a compassionate, team-oriented environment focused on patients with chronic kidney disease.
