• Conduct evaluations and maintain thorough documentation to support educational progress and compliance with state/federal guidelines
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to integrate therapy goals into daily classroom routines
• Provide direct therapy sessions in school and, when appropriate, home settings
• Offer training and resources for staff and caregivers to enhance student participation and achievement
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to strategic goal-setting and progress reviews
• Stay current with occupational therapy best practices and continuing education
