ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and we currently have two team members, with a strong foundation in place as we continue to grow. Before becoming an agent, I spent over 15 years in the telecommunications industry working in sales, business development, and sales management. That experience shaped how I lead today with clear goals, strong customer focus, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

I have a bachelors degree in business management, and outside the office Im a proud husband and dad to an 11-year-old son. We stay busy with sports and love being outdoors, snow skiing in the winter, boating in the summer, and enjoying everything our area has to offer. Im also very involved in my sons sports and spend a lot of time volunteering and helping where I can.

For our team, we offer three weeks of PTO, a paid 10-year term life policy, work-life balance, and we cover all licensing costs. Our culture is friendly, customer-first, and grounded in a simple belief: we always do whats best for the customer.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with TJ Hake - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
