Position: Community Marketing Agent
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Schedule: Flexible shifts available
What You Do:
You are the first impression of the Capital Vacations experience.
- Engage guests energetically and professionally
- Invite and qualify couples and individuals to attend a vacation ownership presentation
- Create excitement around our brand
- Maintain accurate guest information and production standards
- Represent Capital Vacations at all kinds of fun community events, home shows, fairs, festivals, retail activations, and promotional pop-ups

What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Sales or marketing experience preferred (not required)
- Confident communicator who can overcome objections
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals
- Positive, outgoing personality
