In this role, you will contribute to operational improvements and support initiatives that enhance the inforce Life Insurance client experience. This is a great opportunity for an individual to learn foundational insurance industry knowledge, build strong technical skills, and develop experience with teamwork, innovation, and client service. Your contributions help ensure financial security and peace of mind for our clients and their families.What You’ll Do:Analyze in-force product block to identify and recommend enhancements that improve the customer, field, and service experience across core insurance offerings.Provide subject matter expertise (SME) in support of value streams such as Correspondence and Digital Services, as well as cross-functional process programs.Support initiatives to enhance our current operations supporting life clients, and contribute to the development of new tools that strengthen product support for internal teams and external partnersLeverage AI to improve processes that support these initiativesWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor’s degree requiredAbility to support initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing prioritiesStrategic/growth mindsetTechnical skills to work with data and AIHigh level written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable operating in agile environments with a focus on iteration and learningPay TransparencySalary Range: $81,000-$115,500Overtime eligible: ExemptDiscretionary bonus eligible: YesSales bonus eligible: NoActual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
