About the Role

• SAP is beginning to integrate SAP Concur into its global end-to-end processes across multiple business capabilities, migrating business processes from third party software to internal SAP offerings.
• This role focuses on operational support and reporting for Sales initiatives, maintaining employee assignments and targets across SAP’s CRM and Salesforce while developing key reports and KPIs.
• The consultant will define the Sales reporting landscape, create self-service dashboards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure scalable solutions during the business process migration.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support within SAP’s CRM and Salesforce to ensure employee assignments, targets, and account/opportunity ownership are accurately maintained.
• Develop and deliver key reports and KPIs combining data from SAP CRM and Salesforce systems for Senior leaders.
• Define and drive the Sales reporting landscape by understanding existing challenges and anticipating complexities from business process migrations.
• Create innovative, outcome-driven, self-service dashboards using data visualization tools to deliver value and address stakeholder needs.
• Align with cross-functional teams throughout the integration project to ensure business continuity.
• Conduct in-depth discovery to understand data issues and reporting needs of stakeholders and surface gaps through appropriate channels.
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to communicate the Sales reporting vision and create an execution plan.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, optimized, and adaptable to changing business requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with six (6) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience OR Master’s degree with four (4) years of experience.
• At least four (4) years of experience in a Sales or related business operations team with knowledge of end-to-end sales lifecycle.
• Understanding of data warehousing principles, database concepts, and data structures.
• Advanced data analysis and exploration skills with MS SQL, Hana, Redshift, or similar database tools.
• Experience working with and combining large, complex, and disparate data sources to create cohesive analytical data models.
• Creating actionable and insightful dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau or SAC.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across various levels of leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with up and downstream processes (e.g., Marketing, Fulfillment, Service Delivery).
• Knowledge of Concur or SAP reporting and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
