The Concrete Form Setter / Prepper is responsible for preparing and setting concrete forms as well as finishing concrete surfaces. This role requires experience in form setting, grading dirt, and protecting and repairing concrete to ensure quality and durability in construction projects. The position offers full-time work in Palm Coast, FL, with competitive weekly pay and requires immediate availability.
Responsibilities
- Set concrete forms accurately according to project specifications
- Grade dirt and prepare sites prior to concrete pouring
- Finish concrete surfaces ensuring smoothness and proper curing
- Protect and repair concrete as necessary throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain and use own tools safely and effectively
- Comply with all safety regulations and standards on site
- Travel responsibly to job locations using own transportation
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- 3 to 5 years of experience in concrete finishing and form setting
- Own tools necessary for form setting and finishing
- Ability to start working immediately
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of concrete finishing and form setting experience
