Future Opening: Bilingual Medical Receptionist Full Time • Watsonville Busy Medical Clinic is seeking a full time dedicated responsible experienced receptionist. Bilingual English/Spanish receptionist is responsible for greeting and registering patients, answering phone lines, scheduling and rescheduling appointments for patients, assessing phone calls and transferring to appropriate person, collecting patient payments and co-pays. Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish required. Excellent work ethics, including being prompt and ready to start work on time, complete daily duties, and limited use of leave. High school diploma GED with min. 2 yrs work-related experience in a medical office setting required. Outstanding customer service abilities.
