Sales Operations Analyst

Focused on enhancing sales and revenue processes, the full-time remote Sales Operations Process & Reporting Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize workflows, document business requirements, and develop insightful reporting and analytics. Key responsibilities Evaluate and improve end-to-end revenue processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions Gather and document business requirements while serving as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for sales leadership and cross-functional teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, or Process Improvement Experience with Quote-to-Cash and Lead-to-Revenue business processes Strong skills in process mapping, documentation, and business requirements gathering Proficiency in building business reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics
