Merchandising Operations Program Manager

Job Description:Our Opportunity:Chewy’s Merchandising Operations Team’s mission is to be the most trusted and convenient destination for our pet partners to conduct business, and we are looking for a Program Manager in either our Plantation, FL, Boston, MA, or Bellevue, WA locations. This role will support Partner Systems & Services programs, including partner integrations, platform onboarding, and maintaining day-to-day operations.The ideal candidate will have experience managing operational workflows, developing and maintaining documentation, managing program performance metrics, and a demonstrated ability to strategically plan and execute program development initiatives. This position is expected to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires data-driven decision-making and real time actions. Success in this role depends on building strong relationships across external partners, catalog, product, tech, fulfillment, and internal support teams. Does this sound like you? In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
