What You'll Do:
- Monitor and assess acutely ill trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, cardiac, and medically unstable patients
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments and interventions every hour or more frequently
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient status accurately and timely
- Respond swiftly to patient emergencies
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
What You Need:
- Valid Massachusetts RN license
- Minimum 2 years of ICU/CCU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This unit handles trauma, surgical, obstetric, neuro, and cardiac patients requiring close monitoring and intensive care.
