You will actively engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide analytical support, and offer insights to drive business performance.THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe SF Risk - Analytics and Modeling - Senior Analyst role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Support the design, testing, and implementation of an acquisition portfolio optimization tool that provides a holistic evaluation of key SF metrics.Conduct research to identify emerging risks, including market dynamics, regulatory developments, and macroeconomic trends, and assess their potential impact on the SF portfolio.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define model requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on analytical techniques and best practices. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experiences:2 years of relevant experienceKnowledge of portfolio management and optimization frameworksProficiency and experience in Tableau, SQL, Domino, and/or other programming tools (R/Python)Experience analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusionsShows curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work.Desired Experiences:Bachelor degree or equivalentMortgage industry experience strongly preferred, particularly within the Single-Family mortgage processFamiliar with monitoring, forecasting and measuring risk, conducting risk assessments and identifying gaps in existing risk monitoring frameworksSkilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of tables, charts, diagrams, and dashboards; ability to present information in an engaging, easy to understand mannerAble to apply complex solutions to financial analysis or forecasting, which may include scenario or sensitivity analysis, stress testing, or attribution analysisSF Risk - Analytics and Modeling - Senior AssociateTarget Pay Range: 109,000 - 142,000 a year#LI-Hybrid #LI-ME1QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's Level Degree (Required)The future is what you make it to be.
