Withum Wealth Company is seeking a meticulous and self-motivated WFH Data Entry Specialist to join our dedicated team. This is a Full-Time, fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $20 - $30 USD per hour.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining large volumes of information within our company databases and computer systems. Your primary duties will include:

• Accurately entering data from various source documents into the prescribed computer system within time limits.
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output.
• Ensuring the absolute confidentiality of all company and client information.
• Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
• Complying with data integrity and security policies.
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure data consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
• Organising and sorting source documents to prepare them for data entry.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, and familiarity with data programs.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
