Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEstampa Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse is looking for a hardworking, dependable, and energetic KItchen staff to join our kitchen team.If you enjoy staying busy, working with a strong team, and taking pride in keeping a kitchen clean and organized, we want to meet you!No extensive restaurant experience is required — we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic.WHAT YOU’LL DOOperate commercial dishwashing equipment and keep dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans clean and sanitized.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen prep station.Keep clean equipment and kitchen supplies properly stored and ready for service.Assist the kitchen team with basic prep and cleaning when needed.Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout back-of-house areas.Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.Work closely with cooks, prep staff, and management during busy service periods.Immediately report equipment or maintenance issues to management.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORDependable and punctual — we need team members we can count on.Able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation.Positive attitude and willingness to help the team.Able to follow instructions and communicate effectively.Restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required.Willingness to learn and work hard is more important than experience.Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical kitchen duties.WHY JOIN ESTAMPA GAUCHA?Be part of the team behind an authentic Brazilian steakhouse experience.
