RN Clinical Quality & Performance Analyst

Avera Health is seeking a Clinical Quality Analyst to advance organizational quality performance. You will integrate clinical expertise with data analytics and performance improvement methodologies to identify opportunities, reduce variation, and support strategic quality goals. The role partners with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to interpret data, develop dashboards, and drive quality initiatives across the organization.
