Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state
• Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric/school-based settings
• Ability to manage a full caseload and support a diverse population of students
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving school environments and needs
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services onsite to students, in line with IEP goals
• Evaluate and assess students to determine therapy needs and develop targeted treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student access to educational activities
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations
• Consult with educational team members to modify classroom environments or support student participation
• Attend IEP meetings as an integral team member
• Adapt interventions as needed for student success through the end of the school year

You’ll have the chance to interview quickly, with times available as soon as next week. Interviews are scheduled for Monday or Tuesday at 12:00 or 12:30, Thursday after 12:30, and Friday before 1:00—flexibility that lets you progress to placement without delay.
