Responsibilities Registered Nurse (PRN) Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour dependent on education & experience, plus generous shift differential for evening, grave and weekend shifts Status: PRN (8 hr shifts) - 6:00am-2:00pm or 2:00pm-10:00pm or 10:00pm - 6:00am - NO benefits package Location: 592 West 1350 South, Woods Cross, UT This is great opportunity for an individual who has been considering working as a specialty psychiatric/behavioral health nurse with an amazing group of mental health professionals, clinicians, psychiatrists and behavioral health specialists who are invested in improving the lives of our residents. For more information visit Your role & responsibilities include: Completing assessments and plan of care on assigned patients and provides individualized nursing care Administers medications as assigned and serves as a resource for knowledge of medication uses; including educating residents about their medications Check for proper medication orders, dosage, side effects and documents medications according to policy Respond to and assesses resident's medical needs and promotes and provides health care teaching to residents Be proactive in identifying potential crisis situations and responding appropriately Function as a leader on the unit to ensure the unit is operating in a safe and therapeutic manner Qualifications Your Qualifications include: Licensed as a RN in the State of Utah or authorization to practice in Utah Prefer one year of experience, BUT are willing to consider the right new graduate Possess a strong work ethic, responsible attendance and punctuality Must be capable of passing a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen EEO Statement - We believe that diversity and inclusion among our teammates is critical to our success.
