TITLE
Registered Nurse - Wound Care

SCHEDULE
Days (0730 - 1700)

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36

REQUIREMENTS
- Current unencumbered RN licensure in Oregon
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS required
- BSN preferred
- Related certification in Wound Care preferred
- 6 months of wound care experience required
- Preference for outpatient wound care clinic experience

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide treatment based on established plans of care for patients with wounds, fistulas, percutaneous tubes, ostomies, and skin breakdown.
- Serve as a resource and consultant to patients and nursing staff.
- Perform assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care provided.
- Collaborate with Wound Care specialists to implement changes in the plan of care.
