What You'll Do

Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement physical therapy interventions to meet patient goals
Monitor and adjust treatments based on patient response
Maintain accurate patient records per standards and policies
Assist in program development to meet community needs
Communicate effectively with patients and care team members
Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and safety standards

What You Need

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
Current physical therapy license in Louisiana
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and schedules
