Fund Finance - Vice President

Overview Vice President – Fund Finance is responsible for supporting Huntington Fund Finance Relationship Managers in structuring, diligencing, and executing transactions, as well as managing the HFF loan portfolio. Duties and Responsibilities Support transaction structuring, due diligence, and execution, including sponsor/fund/investor diligence, underwriting, deal execution, legal documentation, credit approval, closing, and booking. Manage credit facilities by overseeing credit limits, reviewing loan documentation, and ensuring compliance with lending guidelines. Monitor portfolio performance and track collateral, analyze investor and investment performance, identify risks and trends, and ensure reporting and policy compliance. Build and maintain relationships with HFF clients, keeping dialogue on facility administration, investor/portfolio performance, and addressing concerns. Collaborate with internal teams in credit, loan administration, risk management, and legal departments to ensure smooth execution and address client issues. Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Six or more years of experience in Fund Finance or an adjacent financial sponsor business such as Sponsor Coverage or Leverage Finance. Employment Details Exempt status: Yes (not eligible for overtime pay). Workplace type: Office (flexible work arrangements may be available). Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: $107,000 – $217,000 USD (base). Eligible for incentive compensation plan.
