Customer Service Intern

Mosquito Joe of Baltimore & Annapolis is hiring a Customer Service Intern to support our growing business. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in great service, communicates professionally, and enjoys making a difference for customers every day. What You’ll Do Managing accounts receivable follow-up and updating payment information Following up with new customers after sign up Calling customers after resprays or service visits Answering customer questions by phone, text, and email Supporting other customer service and office tasks as needed What We’re Looking For Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills Comfort making outbound service calls and handling customer conversations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliability, punctuality and self-motivation A positive customer-first mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Prior customer service or office experience is preferred.
