About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Integrated Risk in the Americas. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and refining enterprise risk management frameworks, policies, and governance structures in line with regulatory guidelines. This role requires a subject matter expert in risk appetite, with a focus on risk identification, and policy management. The VP will also be involved in promoting a risk-aware culture, designing risk training programs, and supporting global stress testing. Key responsibilities include establishing key risk indicators, contributing to the management of the enterprise risk management policy, and fostering a culture of risk transparency and accountability. Applicants must have a background in enterprise risk management, with at least 5 years' experience, and a strong understanding of financial products, credit, and market risk. An undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred. The role demands strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage different stakeholders and navigate diverse cultural environments. The ideal candidate will be a logical thinker, capable of synthesizing information to assess risks and develop strategic recommendations. They should be a proactive, flexible team player, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. The position also involves supporting local and global regulatory requirements, including participation in regulatory examinations and internal audits.
