- W2 Pay Rate: $25/hr (40 hours/week)
- Housing Stipend: $1,298/week

Position Overview:
We're hiring a Registered Nurse Case Management (Travel) to provide inpatient discharge planning and care coordination. This day shift role (Monday-Friday, every other weekend) ensures efficient, high-quality patient care in an acute hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead patient care coordination across disciplines
- Monitor care plans, diagnostics, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians on resource utilization & discharge planning
- Manage complex patient cases (frequent ER visits, chronic conditions, substance use, etc.)
- Oversee regulatory compliance & data collection
Requirements:
- Active RN License (State of CA)
- 2+ years of inpatient case management experience (acute care)
- Strong understanding of discharge planning & care transitions
- Case Management Certification (Preferred)
