Fastaff Travel Nursing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Englewood, Colorado.

• All active certs required at Match. The client will not consider candidates who have certs that expire within 30 days of the start date.
• No local candidates will be considered within 50 miles of the facility.
• DL REQUIRED AT MATCH! Before matching, please verify that the candidate’s driver’s license does not list a local address within a 50-mile radius. Ensure the driver's license is attached to the profile.
• NO EXPIRED DL. PLEASE REVIEW THE EXP DATE BEFORE ADDING IT TO THE PROFILE.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the area in which subcontractor is applying, at an acute care facility, with no employment gaps greater than 90 days in the last year.
• Candidates profile needs to show they have 1 year experience.

Facility Details:

• HCA Facility – If your candidate has been an employee at HCA within the last year, they will not be eligible for a travel assignment. Candidate can’t be a HealthTrust employee either.
• The client requires nurses to be willing to float to another HCA facility within 25 miles if needed. This doesn’t happen often, but the candidate does need to be willing to float if they’re asked.
• Modules will be required to be completed within 2 weeks of starting the assignment. Candidates will be paid 8 hours for the modules at their hourly rate as soon as they turn in their transcripts for the modules and all pending compliance. (Any Returnees who were paid previously for module completion at any HCA crisis assignment will not qualify for another payment within a year)

Position Details:

• This is a rapid response position that requires ASAP start date with flexibility on all scheduling needs.
• Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role: Minimum 6 months current acute care hospital IR Tech experience
• Dora, ARRT RT, BLS Required
• Start date: 6/8, 48 hours per week
• 6 week assignment only with no RTO or scheduling request
• Neuro experience is required, please make sure this reflects on the candidates profile, skills checklist and submission notes
• Shift time: 7am-5pm, including weekend and night call rotation
• 7A-5P M-F, they could do 4 or 5 10-hr shifts
• Number of Beds – 5 Interventional Radiology suites
• Patient Ratios – 1:2
• Type of equipment – 4 Siemens Bi-plane’s, 1 Siemens Single plane
• EMR – Meditech, GE Centricity PACS
• Experience in Neuro interventional experience (Strokes, Aneurysms, SAH)
• Expert knowledge of Vascular interventional Radiology Procedures with minimal guidance
• List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Neuro: Comprehensive Stroke Center – (Stokes, Aneurysms, SAH, DVST
• Level 1 Trauma Center – (GIB, EMBO’S, Gastronomy Tubes, Nephrostomy, etc.
