Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTransportation SupervisorDescription – Pay will be discussed during interviewThis position will provide a first point of contact for drivers based out of this specific region. At Lipari Foods, we value our drivers and once you are employed you will be eligible for the following: Medical, Dental and Vision insurance on your FIRST DAY, 401k with company match, paid vacations, company vehicle, cell phone allowance, company laptop and company credit card.Key ResponsibilitiesHelping drivers with day to day issuesConducting weekly meetings with drivers to address issues, questions, & concernsAiding in the recruiting / hiring processCovering routes / shuttles when needed due to call offs or openingsAccurately logging PO’s, call offs, and pay issuesNavigate and handle any customer issues that might ariseOversee equipment maintenance, appearance, and cleanlinessCommunicate with 3rd party vendors to ensure timeliness of repairs and maintenanceJob Requirements1 year & 50,000 verifiable miles driving a tractor trailerCDL Class A driver’s license 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory roleGood written and oral communication skillsStrong leadership skillsMicrosoft Office skillsRouting experience or extensive knowledge there ofBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time off
