Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours, 4 days per week.

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 32 per week

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care and support in accordance with established nursing practices.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
