HVAC Service Technician

Gohn & Stambaugh Inc. is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician – Location: York / Emigsville, PA to diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems throughout the York, PA market. Compensation $34–$40/hour based on experience Additional SPIF and bonus opportunities Overtime available during peak seasons Benefits Take-home company vehicle Fleet rotation every 3 years or 100,000 miles Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Short-term disability insurance Life insurance 401(k) with company match Tool allowance Company tablet provided Company phone or monthly phone stipend Uniforms provided Ongoing manufacturer and field training Stable year-round work supported by maintenance agreements Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Service and troubleshoot light commercial rooftop units up to approximately 20–25 tons Perform preventative maintenance and service calls Troubleshoot furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, split systems, and rooftop units Communicate repair and replacement recommendations professionally Complete service documentation using company tablet systems Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment Follow company service standards and safety procedures Participate in ongoing technical training programs Why Join Gohn & Stambaugh?
