What You’ll Do Front Desk & Customer Service: Greet all customers in a warm, professional manner representing Ashley's brand image. Provide exceptional customer service through all interactions including in-person, phone, and email communications. Sales Order Support: Assist with processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is complete, and proper approvals are obtained before finalizing transactions. Customer Account Management: Process customer credit applications, assist with financing arrangements, and maintain accurate customer account information in retail management systems. Cash Handling & Financial Procedures: Follow established cash handling procedures, process payments accurately, and reconcile transactions according to company policies under Office Manager supervision. Customer Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating complex issues to Management as appropriate while following up to ensure resolution. Audit & Compliance Assistance: Support Management with operational audits, inventory processes, and compliance checks by gathering required documentation and verifying accuracy of paperwork. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, prepare routine reports, and ensure all sales and office paperwork is properly completed and filed according to company standards. Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with sales team, merchandising personnel, and other store associates to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient store operations. Technology & Systems: Utilize point-of-sale systems, retail management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business tools to perform job duties efficiently and accurately. Additional Tasks: Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management. What You Bring Legally authorized to work in the US.
