Growth Specialist: Mobile Apps & AI-Driven Growth

Better Collective is seeking a Growth Specialist – Mobile App to drive end-to-end growth for the Action Network mobile app. You will partner with Product, Paid Media, CRM, Analytics, and Engineering teams to acquire, activate, engage, and retain a high-quality user base. You will own growth experiments, optimize onboarding journeys, and monitor DAU/MAU and retention metrics using AppsFlyer, Tableau, and related tools.
