Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP-CCC credential or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• State licensure (or eligibility) in Indiana
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Previous experience in school settings is advantageous but not required
• Passion for supporting diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
• Provide direct therapy to students, individually or in groups, targeting language, articulation, fluency, and pragmatic skills
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster a supportive learning environment
• Maintain accurate records and document ongoing progress, ensuring compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and team meetings as needed
