Location: Whitelaw, WI
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
About the Role Our Client is seeking a hardworking and dependable General Laborer to support daily field and landfill operations in Whitelaw, WI. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. It's a great fit for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and contributing to essential site operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness around the landfill by picking up debris and performing general site cleanup.
• Complete groundskeeping tasks such as mowing grass and controlling weeds.
• Safely navigate slopes, uneven terrain, and outdoor conditions to perform maintenance duties.
• Assist with manual labor tasks including lifting, moving materials, loading/unloading, and operating basic equipment.
• Support site staff with various operational needs as assigned.
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE, including steel-toed shoes.

Qualifications Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred

• Previous experience in general labor, construction, landscaping, or field operations.
• Familiarity with basic equipment operation.

Work Environment

• Outdoor, physical work environment with exposure to varying weather conditions.
• Requires walking, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs, and working around dirt, noise, and odors.
• Standard 40-hour workweek with potential for overtime.
