Mini Melts USA is seeking an experienced Head of Plant Operations to own full P&L, safety, quality, output and staffing for our growing frozen novelty facility in the US. This executive role leads the site leadership team and partners with the CFO and CEO to scale operations, invest in capital projects, and ensure food safety and regulatory readiness. Candidates will have 12–15+ years manufacturing, 5+ years in senior plant leadership, and a track record of capital projects, lean initiatives, #J-18808-Ljbffr
