Salary: $43,000.0 - $80,000.0/year

A successful State Farm agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Bilingual (Spanish/English) Insurance Team Member. No insurance experience is required as we will train the right person with the right attitude.

Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude and outgoing personality! Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements:

• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Must live within a 20-mile radius of office
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain before start date)
• Life & Health license (must be able to obtain before start date)
• Working hours (flexible) M-Th 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and F 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred)
