Pharmacy Operations Manager — EHR & Compliance

USC in Los Angeles is seeking a Pharmacy Manager of Operations to oversee day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy and assist the Director in achieving department goals. The role includes maintaining and optimizing the EHR platform used by the department. Responsibilities include coordinating workload, supervising staff, recruiting, training, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, including USP 797/800, and participating in hospital committees.
