Staffworks is hiring a Set Up Technician for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity!

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• $17–$18/hour
• Weekly Pay
• Temp-to-Hire — benefits available once hired
• Opportunity to build new skills

Key Responsibilities

• Set up production jobs and assembly equipment accurately
• Troubleshoot and maintain presses and production equipment
• Verify blueprints, gauges, components, tooling, and job instructions
• Perform first-piece inspections and required changeovers
• Assist with production and equipment troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1 year of related experience
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work well in a team environment
