Axiom is seeking Employee Benefits/ERISA Lawyers to work hybrid or remotely with clients across financial services, luxury retail, food/beverage, technology, and life sciences, focusing on health and welfare plans. You will design, implement, and administer these programs and counsel on compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, MHPAEA. Ideal candidates have at least three years in employee benefits/ERISA, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a track record in fiduciary governance, plan #J-18808-Ljbffr Axiom
