Job Title: Controller – Manufacturing
Location / Work Structure: Greenfield, MA | Onsite
Compensation: Salary $140000-$165000

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and execute the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Oversee manufacturing accounting activities including inventory, standard costing, WIP, and cost variances
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reporting for leadership
- Manage day to day accounting operations, including AR, AP, and cash flow oversight
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Partner with operations and leadership to provide financial insights and resolve issues
- Support audit preparation and external reporting requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and support ERP/system clean up as needed
What Experience You’ll Have:
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior experience as a Controller
- Strong understanding of inventory accounting, standard costing, and manufacturing financials
- Proven ownership of month end close and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel and ERP system experience
What Experience Is Nice to Have:
- CPA or CMA certification
- ERP implementation or optimization experience
- Prior interim or consulting experience
