Mortgage Closer

TEKsystems is currently searching for career-driven candidates interested in a Mortgage Closer opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Winchester, VA area!

Pay: $19.88/hour

Position Description:

• To close first mortgage loans in accordance with applicable federal/state laws as well as the credit unions' policies and procedures. Prepare mortgage packages for delivery to settlement companies for purposes of closing on conventional, Veteran's Administration (VA) and Federal Housing Administration (FHA) mortgage products. To coordinate the closing and funding of assigned loan packages.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required

• 2-3 years of recent strong administrative work experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry

• Must be able to work independently

• Must be able to work Hybrid twice a week (must have high speed fiber or cable internet)

• No time off for first 6 months

Hours:

• Monday-Friday

• Training Schedule: 9:00am - 5:30pm

• Schedule After Training: EITHER 9:30am 6:00pm OR 11:30am 8:00pm. You must be open to both shifts, you will not be given your shift until after training

• This is a hybrid role which will require you to be onsite at least 3 days per week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.88 - $19.88/hr.
