The world needs more Intrepid people: As a Driver for Wildland, you’ll play a vital role in delivering safe, reliable, and memorable travel experiences for our guests. This position ensures seamless transportation across programs while upholding Intrepid’s commitment to responsible travel and exceptional service. You’ll combine professional driving skills with strong customer care, supporting guides and guests throughout their journey and maintaining our fleet to the highest safety and cleanliness standards. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a passion for creating positive experiences that reflect Wildland and Intrepid’s values and Purpose Beyond Profit ethos. To be considered you must: Must be at least 21 years of age Possess or willingness to obtain Class C Commercial Driver's License with Passenger endorsement (CA CDL drivers only) Have a current valid driver's license from state of residence meeting the state requirements for the size and type of vehicle being operated for at least 3 years Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (CA only) This position requires applicants be able to frequently lift, push and pull weights up to fifty (50) lbs., as well as frequent bending, stooping, and squatting of the course of full work shift. Duties require fine manual dexterity to perform basic tasks.
