Property Manager – Wilmington, DE
Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred!
Location: Wilmington, DE / Newark, DE
Compensation: $75,000–$80,000 + Monthly/Quarterly Bonus
Growing multifamily organization is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a 200-unit community.
- Manage daily property operations, leasing, occupancy, delinquency, revenue, and expenses
- Oversee budgets, financials, and NOI
- Lead office and maintenance teams
- Handle resident relations and problem-solving
- Drive overall property performance
- Be hands-on, proactive, and accountable
Requirements:
- Multifamily property management experience
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and time-management skills
- Understanding of property financials and operations
- Entrata experience preferred
- Desire to grow into a multi-site/Area Manager role
