Operations Manager

They are seeking an Operations Manager who is motivated to grow into a Plant Director role. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position within a high-volume food and beverage manufacturing operation . You'll spend your time on the production floor coaching and developing frontline leaders, driving continuous improvement, setting priorities, removing obstacles, and ensuring the plant meets its safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives. The role oversees 2 direct reports and approximately 225 indirect hourly employees in a fast-paced facility with rapid product turnaround. Ideal candidates will have: Bachelor's degree required Food or beverage manufacturing experience leading production operations Spanish-speaking ability required, with bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred A servant leadership style with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing teams A strong track record of driving safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvements Experience with Lean, TPM, or continuous improvement methodologies preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
