Pay & Benefits

Pay Rate: $50.25/hour

What You'll Do

Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg/Telemetry setting, managing a mix of diagnoses and acuity levels, including respiratory issues, sepsis, and co-morbidities
Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and evaluate treatment effectiveness
Document patient history, care, and medication administration accurately
Assess patient and family needs, providing education and emotional support
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
Demonstrate clinical independence and adherence to hospital policies and standards

What You Need

Required:

Valid RN license in Texas or a compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience in MedSurg or Telemetry
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, 7AM7PM

Preferred:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Experience with respiratory, sepsis, and co-morbid conditions
