This role involves working in a dynamic Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, providing care for a range of critical pediatric conditions. Key Responsibilities of the RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care

• Provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in the Intensive Care Unit
• Administer and titrate medications, including sedation and vasoactive drugs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
• Monitor patients using advanced equipment such as ventilators and bi-level ventilation
• Float within children's units as needed, taking charge as required

Requirements of the RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care

• Current and active RN license
• 2 years of PICU experience
• BLS and PALS certifications
• Comfortable caring for adult patients if necessary
• COVID vaccine required
