Senior User Experience (UX) DesignerLocation: Philadelphia, PA - hybrid 3 days on site (In-person Interview) Duration: 12+ months Must have: · 4+ yr UX Designer exp in an enterprise environment · Experience working within agile teams · Exposure to large-scale initiatives · Presentation skills needed for presenting to business stakeholders · Excellent communication · Portfolio · LinkedIn page Manager Feedback on past submittals: · Limited experience working within agile teams to meet business and delivery timelines · Previous UX work appears siloed rather than integrated into the broader development process · Limited exposure to large-scale initiatives; portfolios focus mostly on smaller efforts · Appear to be lacking presentation skills needed for presenting to business stakeholdersJob Description· We are seeking a senior level User Experience (UX) Designer to partner closely with business stakeholders, business system analysts, and delivery teams to define and deliver high quality user experiences across digital products. · This role blends strategic thinking with hands on design execution and provides UX leadership and mentorship to junior designers. · The ideal candidate is collaborative, systems oriented, and comfortable operating across discovery, design, and delivery. · Collaborate with business stakeholders and business system analysts to translate business needs into intuitive, user centered design solutions · Lead end to end UX efforts including discovery, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design for web based products · Create and maintain high quality design artifacts such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications using Figma · Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams in an agile environment to ensure UX solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business goals · Synthesize user research, business requirements, and system constraints into clear, actionable design decisions · Provide UX leadership through design reviews, feedback, and best practice guidance; mentor junior UX designers and help elevate overall design quality · Advocate for consistent, accessible, and usable experiences across platforms and products · Contribute to the evolution of UX standards, design systems, and processes Required: · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience · 3+ years of relevant UX design experience, with demonstrated ownership of complex UX work · Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and analysts · Proficiency with Figma for UX and visual design · Solid understanding of user centered design principles, usability, and accessibility · Experience translating research and requirements into effective UX solutions · Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design rationale to both technical and non technical audiences Preferred: · Experience or familiarity with AI assisted design workflows (e.g., generative design concepts, AI supported research synthesis) or general exposure to AI in UX contexts · Prior experience mentoring or leading junior UX designers · Familiarity with HTML and front end concepts to support effective collaboration with development teamsAbout UsInterSources Inc, a Certified Diverse Supplier, was founded in 2007 and offers innovative solutions to help clients with Digital Transformations across various domains and industries.
