Orthopedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner (NP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50

This facility is seeking an Orthopedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

* Schedule: Monday and Wednesday (Operating Room)7a-4p, Tuesday and Wednesday (In clinic) 7:30a-4p and Friday 7:30a-4p (Friday is scheduled based on patient volume)
* Practice Setting: Outpatient
* Type of cases: Surgery and Clinic Appointments
* Credentialing timeframe: 90 days. Temporary privileges are available.
* Electronic Medical Record: MediTech
* Certifications required: Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
* Licensure required: Colorado State Medical License
