Field Supervisor - Telecommunications

Field SupervisorGAC Enterprises LLC is a construction company supporting telecom, utility, and infrastructure projects across the United States. We pride ourselves on safety, quality, and the leadership of our field teams.We're looking for a Field Supervisor to serve as our primary on-site representative — overseeing daily field operations from project mobilization through completion. You'll directly supervise crews and subcontractors, execute work in the field, and partner with Project Managers and Construction Managers to keep projects safe, on schedule, and on spec.- Manage telecom and OSP construction projects from mobilization through completion- Supervise daily activities of field crews and subcontractors- Oversee subcontractor performance, quality control, and compliance- Verify subcontractor documentation, certifications, and work completion- Perform white lining and 811 locate visual inspections and verification- Review construction drawings and prints; verify scope and field feasibility- Monitor daily production and progress; report on materials, quality, and schedule- Maintain accurate red-line drawings, as-builts, and project records- Prepare daily production reports, bore logs, JSAs, incident reports, and closeout docs- Update progress in Fieldwire- Enforce OSHA, DOT, traffic control, and PPE compliance on all sites- Train, mentor, and lead field employeesOutdoor, physical role on active construction sites. Nights, weekends, and on-call rotations may be required. Travel may be required.
