As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on care that helps patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they love most-their home.

What You'll Do

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping related to patient care
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to company guidelines

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License Required
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Home Health Experience Preferred but Not Required
